Bowling All Year Round
At Prittlewell Bowls Club, the game doesn’t stop when the weather turns colder! While our outdoor greens rest for the winter, we move the action indoors with our short mat bowls sessions. This allows members to keep playing, stay active, and enjoy the sport all year round.
Short mat bowls is a fun and social variation of the game, played on a specially laid mat inside our clubhouse. We have two of these mats, allowing for multiple games, and a great way to keep your skills sharp, enjoy friendly competition, and stay connected with fellow members through the winter months. We also offer 3 indoor leagues in the winter, for the competative kind!
So, whether it’s sunny summer days on the green or cozy indoor sessions, bowls at Prittlewell is a sport for all seasons!
